FIT ON

Until yesterday I had not done a single strength training exercise since March!  My sister turned me on to the FIT ON app.  True confessions, she told me about it over a month ago.  Yesterday I found some arm weights and did some exercises on the fly.  I then downloaded the app and used it today for some core strength training.  I picked a very short class because I knew that is where I need to start (and maybe stay).  I figure a short class is better than nothing!!  It was great and it was a work out!  Laying on my back reminded me that my BPPV isn't 100% better, but maybe doing exercises will help!!  GO MUSCLES!  (Tomorrow I am going to do an arms class.)
