Ankeny Schools Parents and Guardians,
The following message was intended to be sent out following the Ankeny Board of Education meeting on Monday, November 2. We just learned that due to a glitch in our messaging system, this message was not delivered as scheduled. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. Last night, the Ankeny Board of Education voted for sixth through twelfth-grade students to remain in a hybrid model in response to current health data. A special board meeting will be scheduled within the next week to invite the Polk County Health Department for further discussions on health and safety.
