Joel, Carolyn and I made Tamale pie tonight....so good. (the top is a corn-flour crust with cheese, the base has browned hamburger, onion, tomatoes and corn) One pan meal for the win.
Greek green beans, my absolute favorite....because we are multi-cultural around this place.
Garden update...it is doing so well. (We mostly have procured basil, mint, strawberries and sugar snap peas....not a ton of the last 2.)
