Rocking the Hairnet

These girls were supposed to spend 3 days at our church and in the community doing service.  Instead they weeded the Agape (foodbank) garden on Monday morning, Meals for the Heartland Tuesday night and made cards for people in a nursing home Wednesday morning.  They spent each night at home instead of with each other, but they got their service (at least part) accomplished!  Anna can do this one more year, before she moves to Faith in Action with the High School group during spring break.  Christ's Hands started when Carolyn was in middle school.  She served 3 times (2 summer and one winter).  Joel served 4 times (3 summer and one winter).  They haven't done a winter project recently, but this was Anna's 2nd summer...

Love this Christ's hands blast from the past - 2018....summer before Joel started high school.  Look what these 4 boys did for this Catholic Montessori school's outdoor space!!!  AMAZING.
