Friday:
Anna is in the show-band for the 8th grade show choir: Ignition. I took this photo before the group entered the stage, since I really went for the band! Normally I would discourage her being so busy, but I figure she went to so many concerts and performance in her young life (because of siblings) - now is her time for fun. She is 3rd from the left, holding the flute! It is a pretty low commitment thing, compared to show choir singing/dancing! They have a handful of practices and perform 6-8 times.
After the concert, Ken and I went to set up the awards and the chairs for our Show Choir Competition!
Funny story - on Tuesday we went to pick up the trophies....the same trophies we picked up 2 years ago, before our show was cancelled due to inclement weather in 2020. (They had to go back to the awards-shop to get re-dated!)
(Joel spent the afternoon setting-up....the upper-classman are expected to help a bunch!)
